Can I check-in early?
This is subject to availability. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, but if your room is available we have no problems going out of our way to get it ready earlier, however, there might be an additional fee.
Can I check-out late?
Like early check-in, late check-outs are subject to availability. Check-out is before 11am. If you want to stay longer let us know in advance, however, there will be a small fee.
Do you have a luggage room?
We do indeed. Drop your bags off and explore the city.
Which sockets do you have in your rooms?
Actually, we thought about this when we designed the Qbi. You will find European and UK plug sockets, as well as USB (all integrated into the Qbi construction).
I’m travelling with children, do you have fold out beds?
All kids are welcome at Qbic, so bring them along. We do have extra beds / sofa beds available, but on a limited basis. Check out our Fan and Fancy rooms, as these are designed to accommodate 3 and 4 people.

Do you have baby cots?
Yes we do, and there is no extra cost. You’re already spending enough money on diapers, right?
Do you offer rooms with twin beds?
Sure we do, however, this is upon request only as we have very limited availability in our twin rooms. Please give us a call on: 020 3021 3300 or drop us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get this arranged for you.
I booked a room with twin beds but now I’m coming alone, can I change this?
Of course you can, just give us a call on: 020 3021 3300 or drop us an email: email@example.com and we’ll get that sorted for you.
What type of room amenities do you offer?
In addition to our free Wi-Fi, free tea & coffee in the corridors, and super comfy beds, there is a long list to look at for each of the room types here.
Can I open the windows in my room?
What’s the fun of having a window that you can’t open it? You sure can, however, there are safety locks regulating how much you can open it.
Can 3 adults fit in a room?

Do you service rooms each day?
If by service you mean clean, then yes, every single day. Cleanliness is a big thing at Qbic.
We should also let you know that we reward our green-thinking guests who choose not to have their rooms serviced; for helping us save water and energy we’ll give you €5 off your bar tab.
How many suitcases fit in the room?
We’re like airplanes: a suitcase and hand luggage fit very comfortably in every room. That said, bigger rooms fit more luggage.
If you’re coming with a circus of suitcases you might want to book a Fun or Fancy Room or decide to store your suitcase in our luggage room.
Do you have facilities for senior and/or disabled travellers?
Of course we do. We have accessible facilities throughout the hotel.

Do you have a bar or restaurant in the hotel?

What equipment do your meeting rooms come with?
We’ve made sure our meeting rooms are setup to be as easy to use as possible, but without the gimmicks. Simple tech that works!

Do you have parking?
Of course we do, but only for a small fee of €20 per day.
Sadly, spaces are limited, so please contact reservations when you book to ensure you get a spot.
Do you have electric car charging points?
Yes we do, 2 in fact! You can use these for free when you book a car parking space. Please let our reservations team know so that we can make sure you get a spot next to one
How far is the hotel from the nearest transport?
The closest tram stop is Bailly – just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Or, the Louiza Metro station is a bit further

What is the best way to get around and see London?
You could use the Metro and Tube system, but the best way not to miss anything is by jumping on one of our up-cycled and fully service bikes which are free for our guests to borrow.
What are your room rates?
Rooms can start from as little as €59 depending on the time of year and day of the week, but they change all of the time so take a look and find out now
What do I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation for my reservation?
Just drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and we’ll get back to you quickly. However, our system is quite savvy so if you’ve booked a room we will be waiting for you when you get here.
Do I need to leave a deposit when booking a room?
It depends on the rate you select…
Prepaid Booking: This is the cheaper rate but the full payment for your booking will be taken at the time the reservation is made.
Best Flexible Rate: We will not take any deposit from your card at the time the reservation is made. The full payment will be processed at 3pm two days prior to your arrival.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
It depends on the rate you select when you make your booking…
Prepaid Bookings: This is our best rate available, however, please keep the following conditions in mind. The rate is fully prepaid at the time of booking, non-amendable and non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure or no show.
Best Flexible Bookings: If you are unsure about your travel plans, this is the best option we’ve got for you. The rate enables you to amend, or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3pm two days prior to arrival.
Do you have special rates for travel agents?
If we lowered our prices anymore we’d basically be giving our rooms away for free. So no special rates for travel agents, though we love travel agents all the same.
Can I bring my pet?
We love a VIP – Very Important Pet that is…

Yes! We have a small gym in our basement, its kitted out with weights, cardio machines and a few cable machines etc. and free for guests to use.
