All of those fresh citrus flavours with no additives, just nutritious ingredients and one soulful approach. And our new favourite place to scarf down this superstar dish is at Martin Morales’ Casita Andina, Soho sister to Andina in Shoreditch. It’s home-style Andean comfort food with one key difference – everything on the menu is gluten free. You wouldn’t know it – the cuisine is as tangily fresh as ever and the cooking is step above you’re usual Soho eatery; we’ll be back.
