Chang Sensory Trails

Imagine your favourite beer brand had a food festival – you would have to go just, because right? Well Chang Beer are doing just that, since they captured the hearts and taste buds of the Thai people they quickly became globally recognised for pairing their brew with unique spicy dishes. The trail focuses on pairing perfectly seasoned Thai food with Chang Beer and of course art and music for your leisure.

The Chefs Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones (who are a couple) ensure everything they serve has a story behind it –  inspired by their most heartfelt memories… so it’s almost a guarantee that you won’t find these dishes anywhere else.

If that isn’t enough Bo and her husband are well known and respected owners of the contemporary Thai restaurant ‘Bo.Lan’, which comes in 19th on the 50 Best Restaurants in Asia list.

After the sensory trail last year, they’re going bigger and better – all you have to do is pop over to Old Spitafields Market on April 29th! Don’t forget your appetite as they plan on delivering an unexpected selection of goodness.

London is the first stop then the trail moves on to San Francisco finishing in Singapore… you don’t want to miss out.

Its safe to say you can expect the unexpected!

29th April | 12pm-10pm |  Old Spitafields Market E1 6EW | Closest Station: Liverpool Street
