Our East London hotel is on the footsteps of the City of London and at the heart of what is London’s most lively square mile with some of the city’s best street food, art galleries, boutiques, creative businesses and nightlife, all glued together with local people who make it more than just a tourist spot.
When you’re finished quarantine and able to explore we are 10 minutes walk from Shoreditch and Tower Bridge, a moment from the famous Brick Lane and 2 minutes from the Tube to explore the rest of London.

A shuttle bus from the Airport takes you to Luton Airport Parkway station and from there you can take a train into King’s Cross St Pancras

Our closest underground station. Aldgate East is served by the District (green) and Hammersmith & City (pink) lines, you’ll want to take Exit 3 or 4
Not quite as close so you’ll have a short walk from Aldgate, but it its served by the Circle (yellow) line

Take the District line going East, its just over 20 minutes with no changes to Aldgate East
The cleaning never stops! We have increased our already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene. The Qbic housekeeping team are wearing masks and gloves while continuing to clean all surfaces with disinfectant spray.

Smooth and easy check-in at our contact-free kiosks in the lobby. You’ll find alcohol gel dispensers when you enter the lobby and through the hotel.
All of our fantastic team are wearing protective clothing including gloves and ‘Qbic’ face masks, manufactured by us so we are not competing with the local Health Service.
The cleaning never stops! In public areas, surfaces are wiped down a minimum of 4 times a day with disinfectant and high touch points such as lift buttons, door handles, tables, bar counters and the check-in kiosks wiped down with disinfectant after every use.
Our unique ‘Qbi’ pod in each room is designed to be cleaned thoroughly ensuring your room is expertly sanitised. High touch points (door handles, remotes, furniture etc) are given that extra attention for a safe and comfortable stay.
If you’re sleeping with them you can go in a lift with them. Please only travel in the lift with people staying in your room.
You won’t have to worry about hunger pains, we have contact-free food and drinks delivery to the room. Your order is charged to your account so no need for exchanging cash or handing over cards.

When do I pay?
We require payment when you book but you are able to cancel up to 24 hours before 3pm the day of your arrival and you’ll receive a full refund.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
After 90 minutes then extra charges will be applied whatever the reason if we or the transit company has not been notified
The guests need to make sure they are providing the correct phone number at the time of the booking which will be used immediately after landing
