Booking Conditions (for public rates):

  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. GBP
  • No refund or future credit will be applied in case of no-show or in case a reservation is cancelled (please see the individual cancellation policy for the room type you have booked).
  • If you will arrive one day late, you must advise us prior so we know to hold your room.
  • Smoking is not allowed, anyone who breaks this rule will be asked to leave and a room cleaning charge of £100 will be added to your final bill.
  • Please contact our reservations team directly for family bookings, twin or triple room requests.
  • Please make sure you bring the card you made your booking with to show our reception team on arrival, without this we will not be able to accept the booking
  • There will be a pre-authorisation fee of GBP 50 upon check-in, see below for more details.

Check-In & Out:

  • Please note that our official check-in time is after 15h00.
  • If you arrive before we will of course store your luggage for you, and prepare your room as soon as it comes available.
  • If you arrive later than 24h00 could you please inform us prior, so we know to hold your room.
  • Our check-out time is before 11h00. You are kindly requested to vacate your room in time.
  • If you wish to have the room at your disposal after 11h00 on the day of departure, this can be requested subject to availability.
  • Please make sure you bring the card you made your booking with to show our reception team on arrival, without this we will not be able to accept the booking
  • There will be a pre-authorisation fee of GBP 50 upon check-in, see below for more details.

Pre-Authorisation Fee

There will be a pre-authorisation fee of GBP 50 upon check-in, the guests issuing bank/credit card company holds this pre-authorised amount temporarily from the available balance of the card holder’s account, this confirms the availability of the requested funds in the card holder’s account to cover charges in the hotel (if any).

If on check-out, the guest has made no charges to their room or decides to pay their charges using cash or with an alternative credit/debit card (different to the one provided on arrival); the amount taken from the first credit/debit card normally takes 5-7 working days to be released back to your card by your own issuing bank or credit card company. Some issuing banks and building societies may take longer specially for cards issued outside of the United Kingdom.
