This is subject to availability. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, but if your room is available we have no problems going out of our way to get it ready earlier, however, there might be an additional fee.

Can I check-out late?

Like early check-in, late check-outs are subject to availability. Check-out is before 11am. If you want to stay longer let us know in advance, however, there may be a small fee.

Actually, you will find quite a few sockets in each room, one of which is European plug as well as USB (integrated into the Qbi construction). We thought about it while designing Qbi!

What’s the fun of having a window that you can’t open it? You sure can, however, there are safety locks regulating how much you can open it.

In some rare cases you might not be able to open a window, but this will be due to health and safety regulations.

Even if you can’t see the outside world, you want to know it’s still there. As well as air conditioning, all our rooms are well vented with natural air thats pumped in from the outside.

How many suitcases fit in the room?

We’re like airplanes: a suitcase and hand luggage fit very comfortably in every room. That said, bigger rooms fit more luggage.

Prepaid Booking: This is the cheaper rate but the full payment for your booking will be taken at the time the reservation is made.

Best Flexible Rate: We will not take any deposit from your card at the time the reservation is made. The full payment will be processed at 3pm two days prior to your arrival.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Prepaid Bookings: This is our best rate available, however, please keep the following conditions in mind. The rate is fully prepaid at the time of booking, non-amendable and non-refundable in case of cancellation, early departure or no show.

Best Flexible Bookings: If you are unsure about your travel plans, this is the best option we’ve got for you. The rate enables you to amend, or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3pm two days prior to arrival.

Do you have special rates for travel agents?

Yes! A small one, it can also be turned into a Karaoke room!

We have a screening room that can be booked for private use (up to 8 for Karaoke, or 6 for cinema), but we also hold screenings for guests. You’ll find out more on that when you arrive!

Do you have a gym?

Yes it’s opening in September! In the basement of Qbic Manchester you will find an excellent set of facilities. We have teamed up with Trib3 Gym to bring our guests access to the best classes using a mix of equipment during their stay.

As a hotel guest, you will need to book your class via out complimentary pass system, simply speak to a member of the team during your stay to arrange this.
