Of course! How could we do without it… You can use it everywhere in Qbic for free and without limitation. Ask for the password at reception.

You can check yourself in at any time at one of the self check-in kiosks. Is there already a room available? Then you can book an early check-in right there for €25 and go straight to your room. If no room is available before 3 pm, you can leave your luggage with us and check in from 3 pm onwards.

If you want to be 100% sure of being able to check in earlier, add early check-in to your reservation when you make it or request this from Qbic’s reservations department after making your reservation. For an extra €25, you are guaranteed to check in from 1pm.

Yes. We are open 24/7. At night we do close the main entrance, but the night guard is always there to welcome you and you can use the self-check-in kiosk at the entrance to check yourself in and access the building.

A late checkout is available for €10 per hour based on availability. You can add the late checkout to your reservation when you make it, or request it later via the reservations department, or choose a late checkout when you check in at Qbic. So you can decide this last minute.

Want to check out at 11 but leave your luggage at the hotel? You can, we have a locked luggage room.

As in the rest of the Netherlands, smoking is not allowed in public areas. Therefore, the entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel, but of course you can always smoke outside. If you do smoke in your room, you will pay a fine of €100 per day.

If you have made a non-refundable reservation, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. This means that if you cancel, you will not receive a refund. You can always change your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival. If you book a room at a flexible rate, it is possible to cancel your reservation up to 15 hours, 7 days before arrival. After this point, your reservation automatically becomes non-refundable.

For security reasons of the WTC, windows in the building may not and cannot be opened. However, we have good ventilation for fresh air.

If you want a cot in the room, book a Large or Family room. On the No View and Basic (Urban) rooms, there is not enough space for a baby cot. You can add a cot to the reservation for €9.95 per night.

Children are not allowed to sleep in their parents’ bed due to fire safety in the hotel, the maximum number of people in the room is equal to the number of beds. In this case, we recommend booking a Family room or an extra room.

The tourist tax and green fee per person per night also apply to children.

We serve a continental breakfast buffet from 7am to 10:30am on weekdays and from 7am to 11am on weekends. The breakfast buffet features a variety of fair trade and organic products. Should you have any dietary requirements, we are happy to take this into account if you indicate it in advance. In that case, please send an email to reception 24 hours before you arrive. Breakfast costs €16.50 per person.

You can park in the WTC car park at a reduced rate of €34 per 24 hours. Parking is pricey in Amsterdam and since the normal rate is €66 per 24 hours, you get a big discount at Qbic. Upon entering the car park, follow the C-Tower. You park your car in the parking spaces near the C-Tower entrance.

Walk into the WTC from the C-Tower entrance on Zuidplein and there take the escalator to the entrance hall. Enter the WTC from the C-Tower entrance, here take the escalator to the central hall. From here, follow the “hotel” signs. Clearance height of the garage is 1.80 metres.

Yes, you will be there in 10 minutes! From Qbic, walk to the right righting the Zuidplein. Turn right here and in the station, take metro 52 towards Amsterdam Noord. The metro goes straight through the city centre and also stops at the RAI and on the DAM.

We rent bikes to Qbic guests for €17 per 3 hours, or €23 per full day. First come, first serve. If all bikes are rented out, you can also visit local bike rental company Black Bikes (The Black Bike Plan), located near Qbic Hotel.

You can always leave your luggage in our locked luggage room free of charge if you want to stay in Amsterdam for a while after checking out. Its use is at your own risk.
